How do I make a Return?
Bon Vivant will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication and valid return authorization number.
To request a return, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us what you'd like to ship back and why, before you're provided with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label for Canada and USA. See bellow instructions for International orders.
Return Policy for USA and Canada:
Making a return is easy and it's free for USA and Canada. After contacting us for a return request, we will provide you with a free return label. Return need to be request within 14 days of receipt. It is the costumer responsibility to oversee the product(s) are packaged and delivered intact, unworn and in original purchased condition (with all tags still attached).
Return Policy for International order:
Return shipping charge for all international order outside of USA and Canada are the responsibility of the costumer. Please ship your return via a postal service (USPS, Royal Mail, Australia Post, EMS, etc.). Returns shipped via courier services such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS will incur brokerage fees which will be deducted from the credit you will receive. Returned items must be declared as "Returned Goods" in the customs section of the return shipping label. Returns that are not properly declared may incur additional fees. Please use a service that is trackable as we are not responsible for damaged or lost returns. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and correctness of the shipment, as well as the responsibility to oversee the product(s) are packaged and delivered intact, unworn and in original purchased condition (with all tags still attached). Returns must be request within 14 days of receipt.
Duty and Taxes:
This flat rate covers only the shipping cost and does not include duties, taxes, or other import charges levied by the importing country. Bon Vivant is not liable for any local import duties and taxes.
All sale items at 30% off and more are FINAL SALE (no exchanges or refunds).
All returns should be in ‘as new’ condition, both unwashed and unworn.
If on receipt of your product, you are uncertain about your purchase please keep your product in the original packaging until you have decided whether or not you wish to keep it.
When returning items to Bon Vivant, please ensure the product is well packaged and protected from damage in transit.
For refunds to credit cards, PayPal, deduct 10$ to cover shipping and restocking. Refunds may only be issued to the credit card, PayPal, account used to make the original purchase.
All gift cards are non-refundable.
Bon Vivant is committed to product excellence and stands behind the quality of the products it produces, although, from time-to-time manufacturing faults can and do occur. If you think your product has a suffered a manufacturing fault please contact us. Items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long term usage are not considered faulty.
